Who runs this site
Butler County Radon Help is run locally by someone from Butler. It's an independent referral service, not a radon company. We don't test homes or install radon systems ourselves.
How a request is handled
- Quote requests. We read each one, usually within one business day, and pass it to one radon mitigation company certified by the Pennsylvania DEP that serves your area. That company contacts you directly.
- Testing questions. We answer them ourselves or point you to DEP's directory of certified testers. We don't pass testing questions to an installer.
- Asking is free, and you're never obligated to hire anyone.
How we're paid
You never pay us anything. Companies we send requests to may pay us a referral fee. We only refer to companies with a current PA DEP certification, and you can check any company yourself in the DEP directory.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, phone and town, plus anything optional you add, like an email address, a test result, a closing date or notes.
Who sees it
- Us. Requests arrive by email.
- One certified company serving your area, for quote requests only, so it can contact you about that request.
- The services that run the site: Formspree delivers form messages, Cloudflare hosts the site, and Google provides the fonts.
We never sell your information or put it on a list.
Cookies and tracking
The site has no ads and no analytics trackers. Like most websites, our host and font provider may log basic technical details such as your IP address.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent, email [email protected]. We'll take care of it and let the company we referred you to know.
